We liked the comforts of this hip new hotel. Got newly remodelled room with balcony, modern amenities and feather pillows had a fine stay overall. The breakfast was free and excellent and offered lots of amazing food.

The rooms have balconies, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently located just 0.5 miles from the airport, ideal for early flights.

The hotel was wonderful and stylish, with an excellent location near DFW airport. The staff was efficient and excellent all the time. The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options.

We had a huge a double room with modern amenities, balcony plus wireless internet.

The location is convenient, being close to downtown Dallas, a variety of nice restaurants, and the airport for pickups. The room featured central heating, a television, and a writing table for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near DFW, making it easy to access for travelers. Despite the limited restaurant service, guests have the option of take-away meals, allowing them to still enjoy a meal on-site. The rooms are decent and the staff at the front desk in the evening were helpful and friendly.

The hotel has some maintenance issues, including a persistent sewer smell in the foyer and water damage in the rooms.

Charging for wifi use seems to me to be an abuse in these times, it is a basic service everywhere. Besides, you connect, it doesn't clearly indicate that this is so. I only noticed it when I received the final bill, with an additional charge of US$13, exessive. I also didn't like the fact that breakfast is not included and that the kitchen and bar close early. By the time I got to the hotel at night, there was nothing to eat or drink, not even a frigobar with beer in the room, finally, poorly coordinated airport pick-up service. It was the middle of the night and it was very cold and I hadn't received any clear instructions to coordinate it. I didn't have a local phone, so I couldn't call the hotel to let them know we had arrived and arrange a pick-up point at a giant airport, there was no contact mail, airport communication stations either didn't work or connected me with international reservations, to no avail. Finally a person lent me his mobile phone and I was able to call and arrange it. After that the service worked well, fast and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The parking was convenient and the shuttle service was reliable. The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
